Store Policies

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CLIENTS: After receiving the purchased item[s], should you decide that what you bought is not of your liking, you have FOURTEEN-BUSINESS-DAYS to contact BRAVOARTISTA (the store) at customerservice@bravoartista.net (e-mail address) to obtain an authorization code in order to have item[s] returned. Without this authorization return code, shipment[s] will not be accepted. The cost of shipping and insurance will be at your own expense. Furthermore, the item[s] returned need to be in the same condition they were originally shipped to YOU (the customer); when item[s] have been satisfactory sent back to BRAVOARTISTA (the store), only then will a refund be issued for the amount of purchase. EXCLUDED FROM REFUND will be the cost of shipping and handling as well as for any insurance costs incurred. When applicable, pertinent taxes will not be refunded. Concluding the FOURTEEN-BUSINESS-DAY-TRIAL-PERIOD, NO returns will be allowed and it is understood that the sale is FINAL. By undertaking these terms, conditions, and policies, including any future amendments, collectively known as the "AGREEMENT", it is also implicit that you are of legal age, if You are an individual, You are 18 years old or older or, if you are an entity, that You are a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity duly formed and incorporated in good standing where required to do business with all the legal authority and power to accept these Terms, Conditions, and Policies; agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, including billing and payment related data; and YOU (The customer) voluntarily enter into this agreement with no reservations. BUY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE PROCESS: You agree to the above as being part of the store resolution policy at BRAVOARTISTA (the store) and that this policy may be amended or relocated from time to time; and represent and warrant that YOU (the customer) have the power and authority to enter into and perform under these Terms. If these Terms, Conditions, and Policies, or any future changes to this AGREEMENT are unacceptable to YOU, YOUR (the customer's) sole remedy is to cancel your order and expect a refund for the amount of your purchase, when applicable, excluding shipping and handling, insurance, and related taxes. These terms are subject to the laws of The State of Texas or where otherwise noted. Please be advised that the listing of prices and availability of products found within bravoartista (the store) are subject to change without prior notice. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND, POLICIES SET FORTH ABOVE, DO NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE PROCESS.
